The project „Developing the APSCF members’ capacity for monitoring the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child” project was carried out in 2010-2011 and was focused on training 20 NGOs on the procedures, methods and principles for monitoring children’s rights. In essence, this was a preparation process for the next alternative report, which, if the Government will meet the deadline indicated in the Committee’s Recommendations, was to be drafted in 2015.
The project was financed with the support of UNICEF Moldova and was part of the PROCOPIL Program.
