General Assembly of APSCF: Achievements in 2025 and Objectives for 2026, and Presentation of a New Member – AO CARTERA from Bălți Municipality

Representatives of the member organizations of the Alliance of NGOs active in the field of Child and Family Social Protection (APSCF) gathered today in Chișinău for the annual General Assembly. The event provided an opportunity to review the achievements of 2025, analyze the challenges faced, and set the priorities for the Alliance in 2026.

In addition to the presentation and approval of reports for 2025 and 2026, the meeting included working sessions in thematic groups focused on Emergency Education, Humanitarian Interventions, Advocacy, Fundraising, Collaboration with public authorities, and the role of civil society in the EU accession process. During the discussions, participants examined the challenges and opportunities specific to each field and outlined the action directions that will guide future activities.

The meeting also introduced a new member of the Alliance – the NGO “Cartera” from Bălți Municipality, bringing the total number of APSCF member organizations to 71. “Cartera” aims to create opportunities for disadvantaged youth and women through education programs, psychological support, and legal information services.
