APSCF is looking for a consultant with international experience to provide results-based management training services. The position is open to both consultants from the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
Between July 1, 2020 – December 31, 2021, APSCF is implementing the project “Civil Society for the right to education for all children in Moldova“, with financial support provided by OXFAM Ibis. The project aims to contribute to the achievement of SDG 4 – ensuring an inclusive and equitable quality education for Moldovan children.
One of the objectives of this project is training the APSCF’s members and the Education for All (EFA) group members in related fields and aspects that would enable them to assume this role and to participate fully in the policy dialogue in education. For July 2021, APSCF plans results-based management training for member organisations.
The consultant is to consider providing the following activities:
- training research, including needs assessment
- results-based management training
- activity report & follow-up
