APSCF continues the training of the member organizations in the field of children’s participation in the decision-making processes of organizations. On October 29, 2020, the sixth workshop on the practical application of standard no. 5 – the child’s participation must be friendly. The workshop was attended by 23 participants, representatives of APSCF member organizations and civic education teachers from several educational institutions in the country. The workshop lasted 4 hours and was very interactive.
During the event, the participants presented friendly methods used in working with children, discussed and analyzed in small groups the criteria and key elements of the standard, the basic characteristics that determine working methods to be child friendly.
By the end of 2020, the APSCF intends to cover two more standards for the child’s participation in decision-making processes.
