APSCF is contracting consultancy services for accreditation, contracting and financing of social services mechanisms.
We are looking for a company or a group of experts to develop a study on the accreditation, contracting and financing of social services mechanisms. The study will consider three aspects: the normative framework for regulating the mechanisms for contracting social services; the financial framework; the role of the central and local public administration in promoting and ensuring the functionality of accreditation, contracting and financing of social services mechanisms.
