Within the project “Better social services through a sustainable partnership the between civil society and the government” financed by the European Union implemented and co-financed by the Soros-Moldova Foundation in partnership with Keystone Moldova, the Alliance of Active NGOs in in the field of Social Protection of Child and Family (APSCF) and the Alliance of Organizations for People with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova (AOPD), APSCF is contracting consultancy services for participatory monitoring and evaluation and social responsibility for representatives of civil society organizations, including APSCF and AOPD members.
The project “Better social services through a sustainable partnership between civil society and government” aims to enable civil society organizations to establish a long-term dialogue and partnerships with residential institutions and public authorities for developing innovative, sustainable and social community services, adapted to the local needs and priorities.
The services will be provided in 2 stages: facilitating / conducting a Forum for CSOs and developing the action plan on social responsibility, and providing support for CSOs in implementing the plan.
