PROCOPIL Program: Leverage Methods

The participants in the PROCOPIL program wanted, in the last phase of the program, to implement a process of highlighting the benefits of learned experiences.

With support from all the project’s partners, of F3E and of an external consultant, this process formalized the knowledge, skills and attitudes developed within the PROCOPIL program in order to be able to share them with other child rights stakeholders at national, European and international level. It is also an opportunity for all the partner networks to enhance their experience of creating new programs at local and international level. The importance of such a project has also been proved by the interest shown by child protection participants from Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia.

OBJECTIVES

  • formalizing innovative and / or successful work practices and methods developed within PROCOPIL;
  • sharing experiences at national, regional and international level;
  • capitalizing on future projects, starting with the practices and experiences analysed;
  • strengthening the technical capabilities of FONPC / RNE / SL / APSCF networks.

INNOVATION OBJECTIVES

  • the dynamics of cooperation between countries (both in the management of the program and the implementation of the activities);
  • strengthening the links between associations and public authorities, in particular through a specific project – “Institutional Consolidation and Social Action”.

RESULT

The synthesis of the process of highlighting the benefits of learned experiences materialised in a brochure made for any organization wishing to develop a new international program inspired by PROCOPIL practices: program managers, technical and financial partners, associations, territorial colleges, public authorities. This synthesis is based on a series of 6 pedagogical files and 6 video modules available in Romanian language by following this link.
