Between May 24-25, 2021, APSCF organised the online training seminar entitled “Public Financing Mechanisms for Social Services and Public Procurement of Social Services”. The activity was attended by 30 representatives of member and partner organizations that develop, consolidate and provide social services in the Republic of Moldova or intend to develop social services mainly for socially vulnerable families and their children.
For two days, the trainer Diana Chiriacescu – national director of FONSS Romania, together with the participants consolidated their knowledge and shared the experience of CSOs in the process of capitalizing on social services contracted by the state. The seminar discussed the process of public procurement of social services and the stages of its realization. The documentation and steps for a completed procurement and model templates were also discussed and the experiences and good practices of European countries on public procurement of social services were analyzed.
