APSCF and AOPD contract training services for CSOs on social responsibility, monitoring and participatory evaluation of public services and policies

Within the project “Better social services through a sustainable partnership between civil society and government” (SSMB) financed by the European Union, implemented and co-financed by Soros Foundation Moldova in partnership with Keystone Moldova, the Alliance of Active NGOs in the field of Child and family Social Protection (APSCF) and the Alliance of Organizations for People with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova (AOPD), APSCF and AOPD are contracting training services for CSOs (including APSCF and AOPD members) on social responsibility, monitoring and participatory evaluation of public services and policies.

The training services will be provided for about 80 representatives of civil society on the following topics:

  • social responsibility;
  • participatory monitoring and evaluation of social services;
  • the role of CSOs in increasing transparency and accountability of public authorities;
  • the role of networks in promoting the accountability mechanism at local and national level.
