On 19 November in the village of Sălcuța, r. Căușeni, a workshop on reducing bullying took place with local teachers and parents.
The participants discussed the phenomenon of bullying, how to recognize the child who is the target of bullying and the child who initiates bullying behavior, what they can do to prevent and reduce this phenomenon.
Thus the workshop participants learned that:
Witnessing bullying behaviour could help us to reduce this phenomenon. They are many, they observe many, they hold the power.
The methods used in the past to educate our children, no longer work for today’s children. The child needs to feel respected, to feel trusted, to feel important.
The activities are carried out in partnership with the Mobile Team Causeni and the Directorate of Social Assistance and Family Protection Causeni.
The activities are organized in the framework of the project “Community dialogue to reduce bullying” implemented by Keystone Moldova within the project “Together for quality education”, supported by Liechtenstein Development Service (LED) and implemented by the Association Alliance of NGOs active in the field of Child and Family Social Protection APSCF.
