The Alliance of Active NGOs in the field of Child and Family Social Protection (APSCF) is a network of 64 non-governmental organizations throughout the Republic of Moldova, including the Transnistrian region. APSCF is working to create a coherent and functional development framework of the decision makers and of the implementation mechanisms and practices, while ensuring the respect and real protection of children and families.

Hoping for a better world for every child and family, APSCF protects the Moldavian children for over 20 years. The Alliance was established as an informal network on March 5, 2002 and registered as a formal entity on September 24, 2014. APSCF has its doors open to organisations working in the field of child and family social protection, assuming they share the vision, mission and objectives of the alliance and are ready to involve in their realisation.

Working with and for its members, APSCF is guided by its statutory principles and promotes the following values: the child’s best interest, a democratic decision making, transparency and efficiency in communication, partnership, participation and involvement, autonomy, flexibility.

APSCF is an active member of regional and international networks of interest: ChildPact, Child Rights Connect, Moldavian National Council for the Child Rights Protection, Moldavian National Council of NGOs, Moldavian National Participation Council.
